Refund policy

We want you to be as happy as a unicorn in a field of rainbow flowers with your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your toys and crafts, please read our return policy below:

  1. We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date.
  2. All items must be in new and unused condition, in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
  3. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of personalized or custom-made items.
  4. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@toyboxtown.com. We’ll be happy to help you!
  5. Please note that we cannot refund shipping fees and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  6. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  7. If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll make it right!
