Q. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
A: We accept all the major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments. We're sorry to say that we can't accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments, or cash on delivery. But hey, we accept hugs and high-fives too!

Q. HOW SECURE IS MY ONLINE ORDER?
A: We're all about security, just like a well-guarded castle in a fairy tale. When you make a purchase online using your credit card, your information is SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network for authorization and approval. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers, so you can have peace of mind knowing that your personal info is safe and sound.

Q. HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
A: If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, just let us know ASAP and we'll do our best to accommodate you. Please note that once your order has been packed or shipped, we won't be able to cancel it.

Q. WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
A: We know you're excited to get your hands on your toys and crafts, and we're just as excited to get them to you! We're happy to offer shipping within the United States, and we promise to work our toy-making magic to get your order shipped out within one week (although we'll try to make it even faster - after all, who wants to wait for their toys?!).
 
Q. CAN I USE SEVERAL DISCOUNT CODES IN ONE ORDER?
A: We love discounts and we know you do too! Unfortunately, only one promotion or discount code can be used per order, unless we say otherwise. But trust us, our discounts are already pretty sweet!
 
Q. DO I NEED TO HAVE AN ACCOUNT TO ORDER?
A: Nope, you can order as a guest, but we'd love it if you create an account with us! You'll get perks like a quick checkout process, easy access to your order status and history, and updates on our new releases and special promotions. Plus, it's like having your own toy box in the cloud!
